Nivelul scazut al taninului din Gamay are ca rezultat un vin usor de baut, fiind recomandat la o temperatura sensibil mai rece dect temperatura camerei, respectiv 12-14 grade celsius.

Trebuie sa fie tare bun. Am auzit de la cunoscatori ca vinul asta merge foarte bine cu branza de capra. Ma refer la branza frantuzeasca. Stiu ca e nelipsita de pe masa francezilor.
